Your Right to Data Deletion

CampaignWeave respects your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time using any of the methods described below.

Option 1: Delete Through Your Account

If you have an active CampaignWeave account:

  1. Sign in to your CampaignWeave account
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Under the Connections section, click Disconnect to remove any connected advertising platform data
  4. Under the Account section, click Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription
  5. Contact us at privacy@campaignweave.com to request full account and data deletion

Option 2: Email Request

Send a data deletion request to privacy@campaignweave.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Whether you want a full account deletion or deletion of specific data

What Data We Delete

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete:

  • Account information: Your name, email, and login credentials
  • Business data: Site information, brand details, and competitor analysis
  • Advertising data: Campaign configurations, generated creatives, ad copy, and performance data
  • Platform connections: Stored OAuth tokens and advertising account identifiers
  • Generated assets: AI-generated images and other media stored on our servers

What We Cannot Delete

Please note that we cannot delete:

  • Data held by third parties: Ads deployed to Meta or other platforms are managed by those platforms. You must delete those directly through the respective platform.
  • Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you.
  • Legal obligations: Data we are required to retain for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance purposes.

Processing Time

We will acknowledge your deletion request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Facebook/Meta Data Deletion

If you connected your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account to CampaignWeave, we will delete all stored Meta access tokens and account data as part of the deletion process. To also remove CampaignWeave's access from your Meta account:

  1. Go to your Facebook Business Integrations settings
  2. Find CampaignWeave in the list
  3. Click Remove to revoke access
