By accessing or using CampaignWeave ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CampaignWeave is an AI-powered advertising automation platform that helps businesses create, manage, and deploy advertising campaigns. The Service includes competitor analysis, AI-generated creative content, campaign management, and integration with third-party advertising platforms.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Third-Party Platform Connections

The Service integrates with third-party advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram). By connecting your advertising accounts, you authorize CampaignWeave to manage campaigns on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of these platforms complies with their respective terms of service and advertising policies.

CampaignWeave is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms, including but not limited to ad disapprovals, account restrictions, or policy violations.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate advertising content including images, copy, and campaign strategies. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before deployment and ensuring it complies with applicable laws and advertising platform policies.

You retain ownership of the content generated through the Service using your business information and inputs.

7. Advertising Budget and Spending

When you deploy campaigns through CampaignWeave, advertising spend is charged directly by the advertising platform (e.g., Meta) to your connected advertising account. CampaignWeave does not process or handle your advertising spend. You are solely responsible for setting and monitoring your advertising budgets.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent advertising
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Advertise prohibited products or services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampaignWeave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular advertising results or return on investment.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
