Selecting & Deploying

Creative approval, platform selection, and deployment.

The Approval Page

Once your campaign's creatives and copy variations are generated, you'll land on the approval page. This is where you review everything, select what you want to use, and configure your deployment settings.

Selecting Creatives

For each angle, you'll see the generated ad creatives in different placements (Feed, Stories, Reels). You can:

  • Select or deselect individual creatives for each placement
  • Preview how each creative looks in its native placement format
  • Review the copy variations that will accompany each creative

Deployment Settings

Before deploying, confirm your:

Budget

Review your daily or lifetime budget. The budget is distributed across your selected angles based on the allocation strategy.

Schedule

Confirm your start and end dates. Campaigns can run continuously or for a fixed period.

Platform Connection

Make sure your ad platform accounts are connected. CampaignWeave supports Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search and Performance Max). Connect your accounts in Settings before deployment.

Deploying Your Campaign

When everything looks good, click "Deploy Campaign". CampaignWeave will push your selected creatives, copy, and targeting to your chosen platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, or both. You'll see a confirmation once the deployment is complete, and your campaigns will begin running according to your schedule.

Tip

If a deployment fails, you can use the 'Retry Deploy' button to try again. Check that your platform connection is active and your ad account has a valid payment method.
